Through the years, house. wine. & bistro. and SALT – New American Table have grown into what Larry and Jessica Delgado had envisioned. What started in 2008, has evolved into 2 of McAllen’s finest Restaurants & 1 beautiful Premier Event Venue. However, things didn’t just fall into their lap. Much like the process of creating a delectable dish, which takes time and preparation, the Delgado's vision was slowly cured and carefully dressed through years of hard work.
